SHIPPING
Which freight forwarders are you using?
We use various freight forwarders for our products, some of the key freight forwarders such as “Hawk Logistics, Hellmann worldwide logistics”

PAYMENT
How do you accept payments?
We accept TT (wire transfer) once your inspection has been completed by the freight forwarder or in person.

MEETING
Can we come to meet you at your offices?
We welcome all of our customers to our offices, please call us to arrange a time and date.

PRODUCTS
Do you supply other products other than mobile phones?
Yes we can also supply other products, please let us know what you are looking for.


 

Terms and Conditions

  • Orders and Specifications
    • 1. We shall not be deemed to have accepted your order for Phone(s) unless they have been confirmed in writing by one of our authorized representatives.
    • 2. You shall be responsible for ensuring the phone(s) you purchase is of the correct specification for its intended use and location and to make it conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements; or
  • Price of Equipment
    • The price of the phones shall be our quoted price, the price listed in our published price list which we have sent you are the current at the date we accept your order. For the avoidance of doubt, the date that we accept your order shall be the date that the Purchase order was raised. If we deliver the Equipment to you, you may incur an additional charge for shipping cost, but this will be stated within the proforma invoice we send you.
  • Terms of Payment
    • Subject to any special terms agreed in writing between you and us, we shall be entitled to send you a proforma invoice which you shall pay for the price of the phones either upon collection or prior to dispatch or delivery or upon receipt of our standard 10% deposit which is non refundable.
    • If you fail to make any payment on the date it is due then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have, we can:
      • 2.1 cancel this agreement between you and us; or
      • 2.2 suspend any further deliveries to you
    • Payment on time is of the essence. That is to say that if you do not pay on time, we can terminate the arrangement between you and us. If we do that, we will either not provide you with the phones, or if we have already done so, you will give it back to us, failing which we shall be entitled to take them back.
    • Should you withdraw from the deal or stock purchased after your 10% deposit has been paid your deposit with will retained in full against restocking costs.
  • Risk and Property
    • Once the phones have been collected by you, and/or otherwise received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the phones shall pass to you.
      • 4.1 Irrespective of delivery and the passing of risk in the phones, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the phones shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for the price of the phones and all other “goods” agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due.
      • 4.3. Until such time as the ownership of the phones passes to you, we shall hold it on our behalf and keep it safe unidentified as your property.
      • 4.4. Until such time as the ownership of the phones passes to you, we shall be entitled to ask you to return the phones to us.
  • Warranties and Replacements
    • Subject to the clauses set out below, the phones, where new, are sold with the benefit of and subject to the terms applicable to such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer of the Phones. A copy of the warranties for these phones can be found at the manufacture(s) websites.
      • 1.2 No liability is accepted for:
      • 1.3 any defect resulting from fair wear and tear;
      • 1.4 rain, water or other liquid damage;
      • 1.5 accidental or willful damage;
      • 1.6 negligence;
      • 1.7 abnormal working conditions;
      • 1.8 failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions (whether oral or in writing); or
      • 1.9 misuse or alteration or repair of the phone without the manufacturer’s approval.
      • 1.10 There shall be no liability under any such warranty or guarantee if the total price for the phone(s) has not been paid by the due date for payment.
    • Other than as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, and except where the phones are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations), we exclude all conditions, terms, representations (other than fraudulent or negligent representations) and warranties relating to the phone(s), whether imposed by statute or by operation of law or otherwise, that are not expressly stated herein, including without limitation, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
    • Where you are dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations) your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
    • Other than as set out above, we shall be under no other obligation to exchange, repair or replace the phone(s) or provide any refunds. Further details about repairs can be found at the manufactures websites.
  • Liability
    • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
    • In any event, we shall not be liable to you under, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations or otherwise for any loss of business, contracts, costs, expenses, profits or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential economic loss whatsoever.
    • Each provision of these Clauses excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of these provisions is held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances and shall remain in force notwithstanding the expiry or termination of our agreement.
